Ocean Shield

Located in San Francisco, the superhero team called Ocean Shield does its best to defend the city from any villains who target it. The team is the lynchpin of communications for dozens of smaller groups of heroes that do much of the day to day protection from villains, while Ocean Shield normally is called in when the smaller teams encounter stronger villains, usually those of Class A or higher. Ocean Shield is unusual in that it has two Class S heroes on the team, and until recently was one of the largest, most powerful teams on the western coast of the United States.
