Malana Rose (a.k.a. Ocean Spirit)

A native of Hawaii, Ocean Spirit is the leader of Ocean Shield. Popular and powerful, she often rescues ships in distress, and performs underwater survey work as well. Ocean Spirit is a friendly individual, attempting to promote teamwork and harmony where possible, especially after recent events caused a rift in Ocean Shield.
Ocean Spirit is considered a Class S superhuman.

Her powers are somewhat limited on land, but she is capable of taking a water form and utilizing water in powerful attacks. In the water she is virtually invulnerable, and capable of even stopping the tides in a region for a short time, or able to control water in ways that amount to telekinesis.
She wears a bodysuit of blue and silver.
