Dreamer

Dreamer is a villain whose powers are based around dreams and sleep. She worked for Doctor Johnson in exchange for his assistance. Johnson who considers her one of the most sadistic women he knows.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Dreamer is an albino woman. She has crimson eyes and lips, but everything else about her is pure white, from her sheer dress to her long white hair. When channeling her powers, Dreamer's eyes turn pure black and black veins extend into the skin around them.

Dreamer had been suffering from AIDS. However Doctor Johnson's experiments appear to have cured her.

Special abilities

Dreamer can enter and consume the dreams of other people. She can metabolize these to heal herself. She can also put them to sleep for a short period or send them into a long term coma. Her powers work better when she is speaking, and when she is in sight of her victim.
Following experiments by Doctor Johnson, she now has the ability to summon copies of people whose dreams she has consumed. The more of their dreams she has consumed, the more powerful of a spectre of them she can manifest - assuming she hasn't metabolized those dreams for healing.
She can also carry out a form of teleportation - physically travelling through the realm of dreams and emerging elsewhere. However this ability costs her all of the energy she has stolen from others and the ability to summon their shades. In addition, those that she has incapacitated will then eventually reawaken. For this reason, she is reluctant to use this ability except in an emergency.
