Blue Impulse

Blue Impulse is a mercenary villain with a particularly poor reputation even for a villain. He's considered impulsive, rude, and the type to hold grudges. Many villains wouldn't work with him if it weren't for his gift with teleportation magic, which opens doors that would otherwise be closed to Blue Impulse.

Blue Impulse was seriously injured by Lilith Carpenter when she rescued Warden from him. He was incarcerated, then fell into a coma from which he has only recently begun to recover. He is still in the custody of the authorities, but with how useful his powers can be to others, it's unknown how long it will be until someone rescues him or he escapes. However he has lost around a quarter of his magical potential.
He has a strong grudge against Warden, along with hatred and fear of Lilith.

Blue Impulse is considered a Class A superhuman.

Special abilities

Blue Impulse is a self-taught mage with an incredible innate grasp of spatial magic, as his gift of being able to teleport over a hundred miles with multiple people is incredibly rare among magi, at least not without a great deal of work. He also is capable of using a variety of direct attack spells and flight, with a limited degree of personal shielding. Conversely, physically he's not that powerful or tough and he attempts to avoid close-range fights.
