Doctor Johnson

An older villain who has been around since before the Advent, Doctor Johnson is regarded with both fear and skepticism, depending on the individual. His real first name is Chauncey.
He is known primarily for his brief conquest of Iceland in the 1990s, as well as how poorly he ruled during that period. No one was entirely certain why Doctor Johnson had wanted to conquer Iceland, but he’d actually succeeded for a few months. During his three-month reign, the villain had passed down edicts that had shown him to not just be a micro-managing, worthless ruler, but also that he was a chauvinist of the highest order. In the end, he’d been chased out of the country and all but vanished save for rare appearances here and there, and he was often held up as an example of what not to do when you conquer a nation. Because of this, most people underestimate how dangerous he can be.

Doctor Johnson is nonetheless devious and dangerous, with numerous safe havens across the world, which he has funded by providing medical services to villains, dictators, and other members of the underworld who can't afford to visit more public doctors. He's known for using power armor, building robots, and other technological marvels, though they're rarely considered as ground-breaking as he believes is deserved.

Doctor Johnson is rarely seen without his robotic assistant, Eve, who is made in the image of a buxom blonde woman, and which he has used to distract many people before he chose to strike. He is also known for his love of tropical fish, which are always present in one of his offices.

Doctor Johnson is considered a Class A superhuman.

After his capture, Doctor Johnson was placed in the Nevada Supermax. The authorities plan to extradite him to Iceland.

General Physical Condition

Doctor Johnson is just under six feet in height, with a straight back and handsome face despite his age. He keeps himself immaculately shaved and has his hair cut short, while wearing a black suit. He takes pains to look like a businessman, not a villain.

Special abilities

Doctor Johnson considers himself one of the most intelligent inventors in the world. Unfortunately for him, while Doctor Johnson is quite skilled at taking the inventions of others and taking them to their logical limits, he has never been known to come up with a groundbreaking invention of his own, which is the primary reason other superhuman inventors look down on him. Nonetheless, he is capable of building an enormous array of devices, and can be extremely dangerous in the right circumstances.
