An icy, rocky world that has impressive oceans and seas of an icy sludge. This ice sludge does experience drift due to a surprisingly active continental plate motion of the planet. The frozen hydrocarbon is warmed from a hyperactive molten core, which is what keeps it in a sludge-like state.
This distant, cold world is orbited by 3 moons.
