They have been attacking the departure vectors for traffic heading into hyperspace from an affluent resort planet in Barnaba Province, enslaving the wealthy passengers. Which seems to me like a bad bet all around. But they keep doing it, so Bossman wants us to investigate.

I doubt their real "base of operations" is Fell Station or Port Tortuga, but those are the two locations where we think they fence most of their take.
