A puzzleflower is from the planet Nimban, which is somewhere in Hutt Space. It is eaten by natives of the world, after unlocking the petals from the edible part. The flower is yellowish; the petals can swivel and stuff, and when closed look like a geodesic ellipsoid.

Mentats love it.

In fact, we just delivered a shipment of the stuff to the Pavia colony.

I think that the edible part is also called "puzzlefruit", and may be traditionally served alongside glymph pie? Or maybe after it. I don't know.

I do know that I'm not ordering any, thanks. I'm not that kind of monk!
