A distant acquaintance whom I have never met in person, Kel'Vannon and I had a few of the same teachers in the private investigator industry. I used to occasionally throw a fee his way if I needed something looked up on Corellia or he needed some traffic data checked on Siskel Station. We still keep vaguely in contact in case he needs something researched in Tapani Sector or Mystic Mob Investigations needs some Corellian data.

Most private investigators keep a list of people they can subcontract to in this kind of way. Nobody can cover the whole galaxy, you know?
