Imperial Capitol of the Esstran Sector
The capital of the Esstran Sector is not only the seat of regional Imperial government, but the sprawling city of Livian Magnus provides a haven for many of the sector's crime families. One of these families is the Zheng family, who have recently seen their fortunes improve. The Livian Magnus underworld was firmly in the grip of the Hutt Cartel, but with the death of Jabba the local Hutt boss has withdrawn, leaving his interests unguarded.

Ecosystem
- Rather than large oceans, Ord Radama has expansive wetlands.
- The Noral Sea is its largest body of water, a saltwater ocean covering approximately 1/4 of the planet.
- While there are large herbivores and predators, most life is small. Insect life flourishes.
- Despite being almost entirely wetlands, Ord Radama is very diverse, with wetlands varying from marshes to swamps to wetland forests, and including tidal wetlands, flood plains, and bogs of every stripe.
- A rapidly expanding area around Livien Magnus is being ravaged by mining. While this has been going on since the days of the Old Republic, the Empire has stepped up production with devastating effects. Ecologists predict that without preservation efforts the environment will be irrevocably changed within 50 years.
Ecosystem Cycles
- Due to the heat many species are nocturnal, but during the slightly cooler winters there is more daytime activity. Many species have winter mating seasons.
- Floodplain wetlands experience vast seasonal floods and storm surges in late summer.
Localized Phenomena
- Late summer brings typhoons in from the Noral Sea.
- Lightning from thunderstorms sometimes ignite swamp gasses, causing explosions. Thunderstorms can be very dangerous on Ord Radama.
Climate
Climate is hot and muggy, prone to rain. Late summer into autumn is storm season, with typhoons and devastating thunderstorms.
Fauna & Flora
- The extensive wetlands has led to a diverse biome, with countless distinct species.
- The only known sapient species is the native Devlikk.
- The apex predator is the Mivanat, a massive reptilian ambush predator with an evolved resistance to lightning strikes, which results in resistance to energy weapons as well.

History
The mineral wealth of Ord Radama has led to colonization and exploitation, first by the Old Republic, then by the Mandalorians and the Sith. This exploitation resulted in resentment of the Republic, and Ord Radama joined the Seperatists during the Clone Wars. Like most Separatist worlds, this resulted in military devastation and an iron-fisted grip by the Empire. Ord Radama now serves as the capital of the Esstran Sector, with the native Devlikk being little more than slaves. Increased urbanization by the Empire has brought with it the evils of urban sprawl, including a thriving criminal underworld. The Zheng Family has operated on the planet since before the Clone Wars, and has expanded under Imperial rule.
Tourism
Radaman thunderstorms are considered fascinating, and each storm season brings rich guests who wish to be thrilled by lightning while enjoying Radaman wine. Tourism is mostly confined to Livien Magnus, with few venturing outside the city.
