Grip joined the Destiny as part of Trents bardic recruitment, and has been a welcome crewmember since. As a bard she has joined in multiple jam sessions, and as an artificer she has helped nearly every member of the crew out in some way. Her knack for mekanikal engineering has made her popular with the other bards, often servicing their skwakboxes and instruments, and she has helped Smoke with his projects upgrading the ships weapons.
Aboard the ship Grip can often be found in the Armory, Smithy, or Workshop, the latter of which she has rigged up a small hammock for power naps in. In combat she gleefully crews one of the guns, shouting enthusiastically with her crewmates as shots hit or miss their intended targets.
