Lipis Port
*Spoilers!*
Read The Acceleration: Global Evolution First
Only a mile East of the residential area at the end of Route 19-A, the Gross City commissioner created a new docking port after the barrier in that area was broken down after weakening from weathering. In its place, Lipis Port finished its construction in June of 1972. With this location now a secondary entry port into Sprawn Valley from the existing opening at sea to the south, new facilities of commerce have been added to the area, converting the port into a small town of business and tourism. The land around the area is close at sea, and too small for any large expansion.

Purpose / Function
Lipis Port has two purposes; expand the development of Gulop by attracting more tourists and sea-based commerce, and to act as a second entry port into Sprawn Valley by sea, making Vanon Port less special by comparison.
Architecture
This port, like many others in Sprawn Valley has been developing with a related town just behind the port, set to drive more traffic to the area.
Tourism
Expected to he high, but this port is still too new to measure the effects.
