National Library of Gulop
The purpose of this building is simple, as it is a large library of written collection. This library contains thousands of books, often related to Leray magic, but most of which is of a fiction or entertainment nature. The library also has a few computers wired into the intranet of Sprawn Valley's network. People come here to learn more information about Sprawn Valley, or to read the literature from those inspired by magic.
Purpose / Function
With the internet on the rise in 1950, the library adopted systems that would enable visitors with access to the internet equivalent of Sprawn Valley. While this is technically a connection to an intranet localized only to the nation of Sprawn Valley, it contains thousands of archives of information and online encyclopedias, most of which are related to Leray magic and the history of the nation, maintained by the government and journalists.
Tourism
Many come here interested to learn all there is about Leray Magic. However, a paid library card is needed to checkout or lend book materials, and to access the intranet through the computers in this facility.
