Basic Leray Wielder
Leray wielders simply refer to any and all people who wield magic. Regardless of rank, anyone who is allowed to and knows how to invoke Leray magic is considered a Leray wielder. For example, a Leray agent is also a Leray wielder because he or she invokes magic to do their job. But a Leray wielder is not always a Leray agent, or one with other ranks and titles.
Wielders set the example of usage of magic spells in Sprawn Valley, often taking part in popular Leray battles between other wielders in order to advance their training and career. Leray wielders have access to use Leray magic in the field, battle between other wielders, and take part in certain events that ordinary citizens cannot.
