Nadiya
A vampire of clan Banu Haqim and current Prince of Seattle 1996 - Present. Former Sheriff of Las Vegas and Portland. Her sire was a close friend of the Long Shadow dating back to the Crusades, and when Nadiya needed a quick escape from the Middle East during the Ottoman Empire's collapse her sire managed to convince the Long Shadow to help with the relocation to Portland. She fulfilled her duties admirably over a half-century, but as a horde of Sabbat sought to overthrow the complacent Camarilla she decided to jump ship and find a new city to work from. Cesca Stirling appointed her the new Sheriff of Las Vegas after declaring praxis in 1995.
After a year of serving under Cesca she resigned her post when the prince agreed to pardon Anthony Thomas Blackwood for his masquerade breaches and diablerizing. Cesca then became a pillar of the Trinity alongside Anthony and Patrick Holt, and a disgusted Nadiya headed to Seattle to reunite with the Long Shadow. There the Long Shadow appointed her the new Prince of Seattle, no longer able to run the city himself due to a severe disease that made him fall into torpor. She's determined to run the city with a righteous fury, purging the Ministry from Seattle and holding all kindred alike to the highest possible standards for maintaining the Tenets.
