Mona
A vampire from the Ministry and unofficial clan leader in Las Vegas. She's maintained cordial relationships with Anthony Thomas Blackwood and other vampiric leaders of the city, allowing the Ministry to flourish and thrive moreso than in any other western city.
She lives and works out of a drive-in theater on the edge of town, only visiting the Vegas World Casino and Strip for urgent matters.
