The Yards
Covering both sides of the river, The Yards are the heart of industry in Fin-Allan. The river Dent runs through the Yards and is fitted with waterwheels and other waterworks at regular intervals to provide power for various industrial applications. Having few permanent residents, the Yards are quiet by night when the workers go back to the Cymbarite district and the overseers and their security details go back to Faldevin.
Though geographically inside the Cymbarite District, the Elven overseers and their security details hold power during the day. As a result, though the district melds into the Cymbarite district, the workhouses, mills, and factories are outside the authority of the Millworkers' Guild.
