Just like a sailing ship, every Spelljammer ship has specific roles that need filled for the vessel to operate at peak efficiency.
These roles are the following:
1. The Captain
2. The Spelljammer
3. The Gunner
4. The Quartermaster
5. The Bosun
6. The Surgeon
7. The Cook
8. The First Mate
