Captain Caden Nova

Caden Nova is a young captain in the Imperial Navy.

Early childhood

Caden grew up on the planet Nirumi, a small colony world mostly farming and nature but had some emerging industries. From a young age, Caden has been fascinated by the stars and would at night go out and lay down in the grass looking up at the stars, identifying constellations and looking for shooting stars.
Caden was the oldest sibling out of four, with Caden having two younger sisters and a little brother.

Teenage years

Caden's fascination with space continued into his teenage years and focused on spaceships he focused on his studies when he was around fifteen years old he joined the local militia, but due to him only being fifteen he was stuck doing office work, helping the local camp commandant, as he got older and reached his eighteen year birthday, he were allowed to join the militia on exercises but at this time Caden had transferred to the spaceborne militia and as it turned out, he were an excellent pilot if not a bit reckless sometimes with some of the manoeuvres he pulled off.
During his teenage years, Caden's focus and commitment set him apart from the other students. He was a driven student, excelling in mathematics, and piloting simulations. His teachers recognized his potential and encouraged his aspirations, supporting his endeavours to apply for enrollment at the prestigious Imperial Naval Academy.
Before turning twenty, he had applied to the Naval Academy on Mars and been accepted, it would be the first time since his family left Earth several generations ago to go settle the galaxy that a member of his family would visit the birthplace of humanity again.

Adult

Having embarked on his journey to the Naval Academy, Caden's qualities as a leader and his dedication began to shine, while several times cursing the curriculum at the Academy, it did help push him to excel academically and during the simulations, he was able to hone his skills as a pilot. his skills both in the classroom and in simulations earned him plenty of respect from both his peers and instructors, however, he also faced moments of self-doubt and setbacks when he felt like it were going to easy and that it had to come back and kick him in return at some point.
