Neueisen
Neueisen is a cauldron of cultures and the capital of the Queendom of Slimea. Especially the Hunter culture is strong in this city and its major economy factor is tourism.
Demographics
The city is a true cauldron of many species, ethnicities, cultures, and interests. The major part of the population is of the Human species and their many subspecies like the Bunny Humans. They submit to over 90% of the population. Only a few of them are born and grew up in the town, as the city got a huge spike in population after the founding of the Queendom of Slimea due to migration into the new capital.
Other major groups that live in the town are Goblins and the Balloon Foxes as well as the Googirl species and their subspecies. While the goblins mostly stay in the southern part and govern themselves, they submit around 5% of the total population of the town. The majority of the rest of the population are googirls, who mostly work in the different government professions and as police forces.
A rather small group that must be named tho are the balloon foxes and other Hunters . Since the Hunter's Decree came into power, Neueisen became the center for hunters and the whole hunter culture. They may be few, but they make a big part of the feeling of the town and the rather chaotic daily life of the inhabitants.
Government
As the capital of the Queendom of Slimea, the city is important for the nation. Many of the nation's institutions are placed in the city, like the ministry of finance, the national court, and the ministry of defense. The local government is residing in the town hall in the center of the city in the Oldtown district. It has only decision power for local infrastructure and the organization of festivals. Most decisions for the town are made by the government of the nation, as the town is so important as a tourist spot and an advertisement of the special culture of Slimea.
The local government is led by a mayor, who is elected by all registered inhabitants of the town every 6 years. It is a direct election and since the foundation of the nation, it is dominated by independent candidates. A major is only allowed to be reelected once, resulting in a maximum time as a major of 12 years.
Industry & Trade
Neueisen has lost most of its industry over the years of decay before the foundation of Slimea. Most of its industries were in the south of the central island but were abandoned in the 1990er years. After the new nation was founded and the city became the capital, investments were placed and new industries formed in the city. The most prominent and by far biggest industrial complex is Little Shimmea by the Goblin species. They manufacture many of their prominent constructs and items there and sell them to the nation.
Besides these, the town has most of its income due from tourism and nightlife clubs. Hotels and clubs are the biggest tax payers in the town and most jobs are around the tourism industry as well as the entertainment industry.
Infrastructure
Most of the city's modern infrastructure is underground, hidden in the Goocaves of Slimea. On the surface, most of the infrastructure was built long before the founding of the nation. There are two major infrastructures in the city on the surface, the streets, and the train railways.
The railways connect the city to the greater railway network of Europe and it has three train stations spread throughout the south of the city. Two are on the central island while one is in the Zinkgarten district in the east. The trains have mostly a cultural and symbolic value nowadays, as the transport systems of the goocaves are far superior. Most tourists are using the trains of the city, while the majority of the population uses other means of transport.

Districts
Sugar Coven
Sugar Coven is a district under the rule of Zuckerland Magocracy. It has only a few buildings spread as living quarters and at the edges of the district as markets for outsiders to buy the special candies of the Sugar Kittens. Most of the district is covered in candy forests and is highly dangerous for outsiders. The special magical candies of the trees are not refined by the inhabitants and can cause the sugar kitten mutation if eaten. Nevertheless, the district is loved by tourists. The district was built in 2022 and has no old buildings inside. Before it was claimed by the sugar kittens, it was just a field.Nyahaven
The district of Nyahaven is a center for all kinds of animal humans, the many subspecies of Humans, especially the name giver, the Cat-Human, often called Catgirls or Catboys by the locals. Most housing is living quarters for the inhabitants. There are some theaters and bars, but nothing big and worth of mention. Movie companies are often visiting the district for its modern architecture full of animal-humans. The district was built around 2019.Steinstadt
The district of Steinstadt got its name from the old quarry that laid in its center. The district has many hills and mighty relics of the old time as the main quarry of the area in the form of big blocks of stone, that are used as decorations nowadays. Most buildings are built out of stone and give a vibe of dwarfen architecture. This design was chosen to give the rather new district a special vibe and to differentiate it from the other districts of the town. There are mostly living quarters in this district.Trident Hafen
A very maritime district that is inhabitant by mostly Mermaids and other aquatic species. The big Mermaid Waterpark is a famous spot for tourists and the major pulling factor for the district. Most buildings were designed to allow an easy transition between land and water, perfect for mermaids. There are many little bridges, allowing land-dwellers to reach the houses without getting their feet wet. The district was built in 2019 to give the new aquatic species a place to live easily. The architecture is similar to Venice.Queen's Quarters
The Queen's Quarters is the diplomatic district of Neueisen and has mostly buildings for ambassadors inside. Most embassies of other nations and major factors are placed in this district. It was built in 2022 as the result of many news about ambassadors and other diplomatic personnel ending up trapped by the local hunters of the city. The queen Suchiru Eisenstein declared that this district is a no-hunting area and asked all nations to relocate their embassies there, a call that most followed. The buildings are highly modern, each with direct access to the Goocaves of Slimea and build in the design of their nations.Gruenfeld
Gruenfeld is a rather small living quarter district around the Neueisen Stadium. It is mostly inhabited by migrants from America and Asia. The architecture is modern, with a focus on smaller houses than big living complexes. The close Gruenwald and the fields make it a very calm area to live in.Kupferholz
"You are either poor or live in Kupferholz." For many locals, a district is a place for the rich and the wealthy. There are many mansions and big, costly buildings in this district. Even after the foundation of Queendom of Slimea, and the economic changes that the new nation established, the old rich families stayed in their mansions. Access to this district is restricted by guard personnel and you may only enter with permission from one of the inhabitants or with special permission from the government. The locals of this district are prime targets for many Hunters as they are often easy prey and totally spoiled.Johannesfeld
Johannesfeld is a rather old forester district. Most buildings are made out of wood and were used as living quarters by the many workers in the wood industry. Nowadays, the district is famed for its nature in the middle of the district. Many call it a forest district, as there are more trees than buildings. It is loved by all who want a close connection to nature, but still want the benefits of a modern, big city.Altes Tor District
This district is the old trading port of the city. Most buildings were built as warehouses and as storage for the merchants and their products. Artificial rivers were made so that the ships could bring their products close to the warehouses. Most of these old buildings were remodeled as living quarters for people who want to have a mix of old and new. The rooms in these buildings are big and connected with each other, creating a very modern way of living. Due to the water connection, this district is liked by mermaids and other maritime inhabitants.Oldtown
The old center of the city is called the Oldtown district. You can find many important buildings of the nation here, like the national bank, the ministries of finance, defense and industry, and the town hall as well. The buildings of this part of the city are the oldest ones, many reaching back deep into medieval times. Many still look and feel like they did in the last hundred years and only a very few were remodeled to fit modern standards. The only things that were added were things like electricity, modern access to the city's warmth network, and isolation. The district is the former core of the city and the oldest part of it.Winterstadt
Winterstadt is the old merchant quarter part of the town. Many traveling merchants were spending the winters in this part of the town, giving it its name. The buildings are old, but build with the best materials of their times and remodeled again and again through history. Many of these buildings are still in the ownership of old, rich families. Due to the many parks in the area, the district is a local recreation area.Nebelwacht
The name of Nebelwacht is rather new for this district. Formerly it was part of Winterstadt but was made a new district after the appearance of the Pink Mist in the city. This district has the most contact with the chaotic magic of the pink mist and it is often evacuated when the pink mist reaches the houses. You can find many pink mist-infused items and even whole buildings here and the district has a very chaotic vibe of magic. It is loved by adventurers and photographers.Zinkschmiede
Many old smiths and other craftsmanships were located in this district in the past. Nowadays, most buildings look just like any older building in the town and were remodeled as living quarters for the growing population of the town. Here and there, you can still find old smiths and the district has the most museums in the city.High Island District
Located on the outskirts of the northern hill, it is the district with the highest altitude of all in Neueisen. The University of the city is the major theme giver of this district and it is filled with students from all over the world. Many big student forms, private and public, are located here. It is a cauldron for many species and has the highest general education level and the most parties in the town, outside the nightclubs.Lower Island District
A district that was formerly often flooded in the past. It was built in the industrial area, the industrial heart of the city. You can find many old factories in this part of the town, most nowadays in the hand of local companies who produce modern slimean products. The district was nearly forgotten during modern times and only got a second chance after the foundation of the new nation of Slimea. Nowadays, it is a modern mix of factories and living quarters. You can find many Goblins in this district and much of their architecture.Little Shimmea
The small island of Little Shimmea is under the ownership of the Queendom of Shimmea. The island is a single, big factory for goblin products of many kinds and the biggest industrial complex in the city. The buildings are highly modern and all in the goblin-punk style with a wild mix of steampunk, gear, and modern architecture. Mostly goblins live and work in this district and it is warned to enter it without a guide.Mueller District
In honor of the Balloon Foxes around Anna Mueller and the strong tourism pull that their Hunters create, the city splitter the district out of the Lower Island District in 2020 and named it after the famous family. The district is a hot spot for balloonmancers and these that love the magical spheres. Nowhere in the town, you can find more magical spheres and more who want to be trapped in them. Many buildings are decorated with balloons or other rubbery objects. Due to its uniqueness, the district is an absolute hotspot for tourism.Cat Paws
If you want to party hard, go into the Cat Paws district! The night never ends here and the clubs dominate this district heavily. You can find restaurants, clubs, bars, and many more entertainment establishments in this district. There are not many who live in this district, as the constant living makes sleeping hard here. Due to the high amount of people roaming the street, the district is a prime target for hunters. Especially drunken ones who come out of the bars are often finding themselves in the hands of one of the many Hunters of the city. In the past, this district was a theater area for high society and you can still see this in the architecture of many buildings. Zinkgarten is a living quarter district near the forest of Zinksicht. In the past, it was a living quarter for miners who worked in one of the many zinc mines in the forest. Today it is a rather modern living quarter area.Salzburg
In the past, merchants often took a rest in this district before they got their permission to enter the central island with their wares. Especially salt traders often waited in this area, giving the district its name. Nowadays, there are most living quarters in this town, most of them rather new and modern.Amtsfelde
Amtsfelde is a tourist district, specially build for entertainment and with many hotels. The center of the district is the Amtspark, a big rollercoaster park with a strong pull factor for tourism. There are not many people living in this district and most people you met on the streets are tourists.Long Beach District
With Long Beach, the longest beach in Neueisen, and whole Slimean Lands, this district is a tourism and entertainment district. You can find many restaurants and hotels here, as well as beach clubs and other entertainment. The big beach is especially a magnet for tourism in summer and is also loved by the local population. During winter, the district mostly falls into a deep slumber and prepares for the next spring and summer.Guilds and Factions
The city of Neueisen is under the control of the Queendom of Slimea and is its capital. Most districts are under the government of the nation and its local government and the nation has by far the most considerable influence in the town. Church of Larissa
The most visible one is the Church of Larissa, which has not only their headquarters in the cathedral in Oldtown but also many more little churches spread around the town. The festivals of the church are loved by many of the town, especially the Latex Day. The priestesses and their magical balloons are openly seen throughout the city and make a part of the core identity of the city. The Queendom of Shimmea has a strong influence in the city due to its outpost in the district of Little Shimmea. The government of the city has given the island district to the Goblins in exchange for a big portion of their trade income and the promise to improve the life of all citizens with their technologies. As the major part of the industry, especially all manufacturing of the city, is in the hands of the goblins, the Shimmea government has a strong influence in the city.Zuckerland
The Zuckerland Magocracy has built its own little district in the northwest of the town and got full control over it. The district was called Sugar Coven and is the major manufacturer of candies of all kinds for not only the town but big parts of the nation as well. The Sugar Kittens witches of the Zuckerland are not interested in the big politics and mostly cooperate as long as it benefits their interests.Hunters
Neueisen is the center of the Hunter culture. Many of them have united in the Hunter's Guild to get more rights and to defend their unique ways of fun. Due to the huge tourism pull factor that the hunters have, they got more and more rights over time, especially with the Hunter's Decree. They are very active in politics and support new hunters and old ones throughout the city.Izimir
The Lamia Izimir Pflanzenlieb has built her garden in the northern forest of Zinksicht and controls big parts of the forest. She has a heavy dislike for humans and human-like species and forbids them the entering her realm. It is not uncommon for wanderers to get lost in the forests and find themselves in the care of the lamia, only to never return. At least not in their former form, as Izimir transform most of them either into Alraunes or Dryads.Mermaids
The Mermaids are mostly living in the Trident Hafen district and are a big tourist magnet for the city. They offer special diving sessions and the simple joy of swimming with real mermaids. Concerts and entertainment are also popular and organized often by them. The mermaids have no interest in politics and are a major faction due to their popularity in the population.Mollies
The Molly species live in a big grove in the eastern parts of the Forest of Zinksicht. They are very territorial and transform anyone daring to enter their part of the forest into another molly. The police forces of Slimea often have to interact with the mollies to free involuntarily transformed people, especially tourists that ignored the warnings.History
Neueisen was founded as a trading outpost in 1157 by the germans. The central island quickly became a major trade center and took a toll on the merchants. After a long time of flourishing during the medieval, the town lost more and more of its glory during the age of industrialization. Due to the closeness of the Rhine and the problems creating new infrastructure, the city never was fully industrialized and never grew like many other towns in Germany did during that time.
Only with the foundation of the Queendom of Slimea, the town began to flourish again. As the new capital, the city became a significant target for migration and tourism. In the years after the founding of the new nation, many new districts were built and the old infrastructure was either replaced or restored.
Points of interest
Goblin Tower
The goblin tower is the tallest structure in Neueisen and the home of the royal family of Queendom of Shimmea. Additionally, it has the most goblins outside its main island in one place. The tower is visible from nearly everywhere in the town.Anna's Home
The house of Anna Mueller is a big tourist hotspot, especially for all balloon lovers. She invites guests to her home and offers special sessions with her magical balloons for customers. The upper floors of her multi-floor home are her private areas.Long Beach
The longest beach in the Slimean Lands and a famous place to spend the summer. It is not only popular for tourists, but also for the locals. The entry to the beach is free and you can let the sun shine onto you or take a refreshing bath in the waters of the Rhine. The coastal guard for rescuing drowning visitors is completely made out of Mermaid, who also often visit the beach and offer special entertainment with their songs, their bubbles or swimming sessions with them.Amtspark
Similar to most places in Slimea, the Amtspark looks at first glance normal, but if you take a closer look at its attractions, you can see that it uses modern slimean technology to offer some of the best rides imaginable. There are water slides that use magical soap bubbles to let you float through the air and rollercoasters that drive through layers of magical latex and more. It is especially famous for tourists.Goobunny Party-Nest
The Goobunny Party-Nest is the biggest and most exotic party location in the town. Party together with the Goobunny species and their unique ways of spreading fun. Kids are not allowed in these clubs.Yuki Hospital
The Googirl doctors lead under one of the best doctors of the world, Chisana Yuki, you can get some of the best treatment in the Yuki Hospital. People from all over Earth are visiting this hospital to get the most modern, genetic medical help that is available. Locals pay nothing, while visitors from outside the Federation of Slimea may need to pay minor to huge amounts, depending on who they are, from where they come and how much money they have. The area has many big hospital buildings and adds more space underground in the Goocaves of Slimea. There are more than 10.000 beds available at all times with the option to add more if necessary. The big size is not only for the population of the town itself but is mostly built to have patients from all over the world there. Many travel to Neueisen, often with heavy illnesses or lost parts of their bodies, to get healed in this big hospital complex.Neueisen University
The University of the Nation is famous for its modern curriculum. You can study the new species of the nation, as well as the modern genetics of the Googirls and the technology that the Goblins have created. There is no payment required, but locals have a higher chance of being accepted than people from outside the federation. The bubble swamp is a rather magical place in the normally modern town. The swamp area is swarmed by bubbles of all sizes and people that enter this area of the swamp often find themselves trapped sooner or later in one of the bubbles. In the center of the swamp lies the home of Alice Sarn, the mistress of the bubble swamp.Mermaid Water Park
A very special attraction is the mermaid water park in the north of Neueisen. The park was built to give unique experiences together with the fun of a traditional water park with slides, different kinds of pools, and as a special goodie, interaction with real mermaids. The park also offers a temporary transformation into a mermaid, to swim and enjoy a day as a mistress of the ocean. Locals and tourists both visit the park often and it is required to register several weeks ahead.Winter Market
The Winter Market is a traditional market area where small, local businesses can sell their products. The name of the market comes from the old winter tradition, the Christmas Fair. Over time, the market was used longer and longer and eventually through the whole year. Nevertheless, the famous Neueisen Christmas Fair is mostly located in the area of the Winter Market.Cat Paws
The Cat Paws Night Life Area is the club area of Neueisen. Most of the buildings here are either nightclubs, dance clubs, restaurants, or other forms of entertainment. The nightlife here is famous around the world due to the many exotic fantasies that are fulfilled here. Cat girls dancing around poles, hundreds of creative transformation items, hostels with exotic monster girls and boys as well as the especially popular Goobunny Party-Nest.Tourism

You can differentiate the tourists into some major groups. Many are leaving with their bags filled with wonderful items that you can only find in Slimea and many new memories that they share with their friends and families, creating more tourism for the next year.
There are the hunter lovers, these tourists will come to be hunted and be caught by the hunters of Neueisen. They are coming for the exotic experience and are easy prey for the experienced predators of the city. On some days, the hunters mainly catch tourists, as the normal inhabitants are getting better and better at sacrificing tourists to the hunters to escape themselves.
Then there are the party lovers, who come for the exotic parties with animal girls, exotic slime girls, and even for the monster girl brothels. Especially the Goobunny Party-Nest is a famous location for many of these party lovers.
The special culture of Slimea and the wild mix of old and modern in the city of Neueisen are strong pull factors for culture-loving tourists. The big city has many interesting places with a rich history of the creation of the Queendom of Slimea and the first contacts with Pink Mist in modern times.
Architecture
Neueisen is an old city that has a medieval Oldtown on the island. Many buildings on the central island are several hundred years old and were restored to fit modern standards of living but with the care to not change their exterior design too heavily. Here and there, you can find modern buildings on the central island that breaks the medieval feeling, like the Hospital buildings complex or the big mall.
The little island in the south of the main island, Little Shimmea, has a more modern Goblin architecture, similar to some buildings in the south of the central island. These areas have more of a steampunk feel, often called goblin punk by many.
In the eastern parts of the town, you can find big, modern living quarters for families, as well as many modern hotel complexes. There are nearly no old buildings left in this area. A similar fate has the western part of the town. Some districts there are only a few years old and have highly modern buildings of Slimean design.
Geography
Neueisen has its core on a hilly island that is surrounded by the mighty river Rhine. While the south is rather flat and well-made for a town, the northern end of the island is hilly, full of holes, and covered by a big forest. Many parks are spread throughout the city, often with little lakes and other nature-preserving measurements. The city has taken good care to unite a modern town with nature and many citizens regularly visit the parks in the city.
The river Rhine is the primary water source and a defining part of the city layout. Its western part flows quicker, while the eastern arm has a rather calm flow, allowing a major beach area called Long Beach. On each side, the city is surrounded by mighty forests, who are home to many species like Alraunes, Dryads, Mollies. These forests are often dangerous for tourists who don't know about the special culture of some of its inhabitants and easily fall prey to their tricks.
In the northern part of the city lies the Swampland of Eisenschwur, an ancient swamp area that is mostly used as a flooding area for the river's seasonal flooding. It is not recommended to wander too deeply into the dangerous area, as it is infested with many exotic species that hunt humans for fun or out of territorial reasons.
Climate
The city climate is well-temperate and a typical central European one. Temperatures range from -20 degree celsius in winter to up 35-degree celsius on hot summer days. Most of the year, the River and its water work as a natural balance factor for temperatures, preventing sudden spikes and regulating the weather nicely for its inhabitants.
A very special form of weather that can appear in this area is the Pink Mist and its unnatural weather patterns that may happen from time to time, like bubbles raining from the sky or a strong, thick mist covering big parts of the city.
Natural Resources
Neueisen was rich in metals like copper and iron, resulting in many names of regions and the name of the city itself. "Eisen" is the German word for iron, while "Kupfer" is the German word for copper. Additionally, the city has big, natural forests that are used for wood production and for hunting. The river itself allowed easy transport of goods and the central place of the city and the option to cross the river here allowed it to become a major trade center.
Today, nearly all veins of metal are exhausted and leaving mighty holes and caves left under the city and its forests. Besides the forests, there are no natural resources left in the city and its surrounding area.
