Kurzunomiraidhonaki
Kurzunomiraidhonaki is quite possibly the oldest being still alive in the world outside the gods themselves. As the highest ranking dragon he is in all practicality the owner of the realm of dragons, Otruvar. He's stern but fair, and puts the good of all creatures before the good of the individual.
Physical Description
Special abilities
Kurzu can raise whomever he wishes from the dead. This takes tremendous amounts of magical energies and can make the fabric of the universe unstable if done too often. How often too often is depends on how long the subject as been dead, how long they have lived and how resistant the powers of the universe is to bringing them back to life.
There are perks to being a dragon as well. One of these perks is that Kurzu can speak inside someone's mind without anyone else hearing what he says, though he can't read the mind of others. He personally only use it when he feels it is critically needed, since he sees it as slightly deceiving to the rest of the beings that might be around.

Personal history
While the Elders were present on Shireon Kurzu feared that the presence of both dragons and Elders would be too much for the fabric of the universe to handle, and decided that at least he would stay away from the mortal realm, urging the rest of the dragons to do the same. Only one dragon decided to disregard their leader's urging. This was Pakuntirth. She thought the mortal realm would need at least one dragon to keep the Elders from doing anything stupid, as well as a way to communicate with the dragons if there was an emergency. Kurzu reluctantly agreed, since there was wisdom in her words.
The next two thousand years the only way for Kurzu to keep an eye on humanity was through sporadic reports from Paku. She had managed to befriend one of the Elders, Zira. Although Kurzu felt it might be a bad idea since the Elders were the reason the dragons couldn't safely be in the mortal realm, the friendship might be beneficial after a while. Some centuries later the friendship had already been beneficial due to the information Paku managed to get from her friend. It seemed like the Elders were trapped in the mortal realm, not knowing for sure themselves why they were there. The suspicion was that the god Utaralo had something to do with this.
Then the requests from the mortal realm came. Zira was the best healer of the mortal realm now, and she soon started requesting healing aid in especially hard cases. Despite being an exceptional healer from her Elder blood, Zira had no way of competing with the healing skills of the dragons. Paku knew that the rest of the dragons would be reluctant to help, and only agreed to try to talk them into it only when she felt she had a chance to succeed. Most of times the dragons wouldn't help, even after Paku's pleas, but in some cases help was given. Then the pleas for resurrection started coming in, since Paku had mentioned Kurzu's skills. Kurzu was angry about this, and refused all resurrection requests. What was dead was dead, and messing with this fact would seriously mess with the balance of the universe.
Then, the request to resurrect someone came directly from one of the Elders...
Morality & Philosophy
Listen, young one. If I start raising one person from the dead just because you miss them, everyone will come here asking to get their loved ones back. Now, I understand that death is hard for you mortals, but it's a natural cycle that keeps the universe in equilibrium. Besides, who am I to quarrel with the will of Her Divine Grace Belinda?
Kurzu believe in the balance of things, and in not using powers when it's not necessary. His resurrection skill can raise almost anyone from the dead, but there has to be a damn good reason for him to do so. Usually a damn good reason would include a request from the Gods, preferably from Belinda the Death Goddess herself. It would be unnatural, and Kurzu knows better than to mess with the balance of the universe.
Personality Characteristics
Motivation
Kurzu has one priority, and that is to keep the balance in the world.
Social
Religious Views
As one of the few who has actually met the gods themselves, Kurzu knows they exist and what kind of unfathomable power they possess. He tries to keep them all content with what he's doing, although that isn't always possible. The times he feels he's stepped on some divine toes through his actions, he tries making it up for the deity in question by offering extra prayers and offering gifts as soon as he's able to.
Social Aptitude
At first, Kurzu doesn't seem very charismatic, since he has this air of not caring about individuals at all, always droning on about the balance of the universe, seeming quite harsh in his judgement and decisions.
Hobbies & Pets
Kurzu has a love for the game Tewugi, and would sometimes take human form and travel to Shireon to find someone to play with. During his self-imposed exile from the mortal realm, however, he had nobody to play with. That is when he and another dragon came up with Dragon Tewugi, which is quite similar but much more complex and tactical than the original game, requiring a lot more concentration and mental work. Kurzu will never turn down a challenge of Tewugi, unless he manages to talk his opponent into learning Dragon Tewugi instead.
"You are too young to understand."
