At its core, the Concordance operates under the principle that an attack on one member state is tantamount to an attack on all, prompting a collective response. This commitment has led many nobles to seek knighthood, viewing service to the Concordance as a high honor. These knightly figures play a crucial role in protecting trade routes spanning both continents and standing as guardians for towns and villages within the alliance.

The Exulian Republic , boasting the capital city of Exulia, stands as the stalwart power within the Concordance, hosting the alliance's central seat of governance. This strategic placement further solidifies the Exulian Republic  role as the backbone of the Concordance's strength and resilience.
