The Exulian Republic is a prominent nation situated on an island within the realms of Arcanum . Its origins trace back to an alliance of kingdoms united against the incursion of orcs, leading to the formation of the republic. Governed by a senate of nobles, the apex of its political hierarchy is occupied by two consuls.
Renowned as one of the mightiest nations globally, it holds a position second only to the expansive Lazadeen Empire  , which dwarfs it in size by about fivefold. A founding member of The Concordance, an alliance of free states and kingdoms in central Arcanum  , which was initially forged for protection against orcish threats. Today, its primary focus is to safeguard its interests and maintain a balance in the face of the formidable Lazadeen Empire .
Extending its influence, the Exulian Republic has established numerous colonies in the Everwild Frontier . While these territories maintain a degree of autonomy, they are officially recognized as integral parts of the republic, contributing to its broader geopolitical presence.
