Body Features
Noah is slender and graceful, but athletic. He dances, runs, and does martial arts on a regular basis. If he's gotten in the sun, he tans to a light shade of gold but otherwise his skin is very fair and burns fairly easily. His skin is largely unblemished except for faint scarring on his forearms.
Facial Features
Noah's face is delicate and heart-shaped, edging towards boyish or feminine. His brows and lashes are so fair as to be almost non-existent.
Identifying Characteristics
Sinclaire Silver is the color of Noah's eyes, known throughout the supernatural world because of the strong tie to the seers of House Sinclaire. They are striking, eye-catching, and memorable.
Physical quirks
Noah does not gesture with his hands while talking. He keeps himself very still unless he is in intimate company and gets on a subject he is passionate about. He is very aware of how he moved through the world and where ever possible he keeps distance between himself and others.
Special abilities
Noah is a touch-sensitive empath and clairvoyant. While he is generally sensitive to the emotional state of others within a short distance of himsef, if he touches someone he and they are forced into an emotional rapport. If it's not broken quickly or if he can't get control of it, they are usually pulled back into the person's most emotionally powerfully memories, reliving them. In addition, he can 'read' objects, and if the emotional resonance is strong enough he can sometimes get images from them.
Apparel & Accessories
Noah dresses sharply, and seems most at home in collared shirts even when he's dressed casually. Casually, he can often be seen in a button up and jeans, but most often he's in a suit. Regardless of what else he's wearing, he always has a pair of gloves, typically white cotton or black leather, and usually wears some kind of undershirt. Though they aren't immediately visible, he always wears a pair of plain, polished wood bands on his left ring fingers. So much so that his leather gloves all show a ridge where they have been stretched over the rings so often.

Personal history
Noah is the only child of Amelie and Justin Sinclaire. His other was an empath and they discovered fairly early on that rather than inherent one of the typical Sinclaire family gifts of divination, he had taken after her in his empathy. It wasn't until he was a toddler that they started to realize just how odd his gift was. He was highly touch averse except with very specific people.
As he got a little older they were able to work out an understanding that his gift was touch-based and not insignificant even as young as he was. As he got older, it only got stronger. He learned as all Sinclaires do the discipline of mind that helps protect them, and while that helped with his general ability to sense peoples' emotional states it did nothing to keep him from being pulled into their minds and memories if he touched their skin. Nor did it stop him from picking up strong emotional resonance from objects. Over time, his family and he developed skills and tools for navigating the world that was dangerous to him.
In his late twenties, his father transitioned leadership of the House over to him and he became the patriarch of House Sinclaire, and in charge of all it's business dealings. He came into leadership with significant friendships and allies of his own built up from his time living and working primarily outside of the family.

Noah's relationship with his sexuality is complicated, but he generally identifies as gay.
Education
Noah was tutored at home when he was very young, but in his teenage years attended private schools. He went to a fine arts college and pursued dance for two years. In addition he was educated from the time he was young on supernatural politics, business negotiation, mental discipline, etiquette, and the leadership skills that would be required when he took over leadership of the House. He is a self-taught occultist, drawing on his family's extensive collection of knowledge and research.
Morality & Philosophy
Noah has very strongly held beliefs about peoples right to autonomy and privacy, to live their own lives, etc. However, he also is in a position where he frequently makes decisions that adjust the outcomes of conflicts in the supernatural world, to the detriment of some. He doesn't believe in just letting 'evil' go unchecked, but even he acknowledges that his few of 'evil' is shaped by the way he was brought up and the people he is close to. He doesn't spend time regretting those decisions, but he knows they aren't always the right ones for everyone. His hope is to do more good than bad with each decision, for his House and the people who rely on them. He has a strong sense of loyalty and familial duty.
