T'set

Always opposing; be it mayor or king, dragon or diety.

T'set is one of the great Ninyod Afke; ascended from a T'ashke true dragon. Of the three Great Ones of Yenent, T'set is the least trusted and most hated. The Yenyi peoples of these lands have always been at odds with the dragons, fighting them for dominance of the dry lands of their world, but T'set has born the brunt of this strife.
This is understandable, for it is hard to say if T'set is allied with the Yenyi they have charge over or if he is allied with her own kind. Yenyi academics can point multiple examples of T'set allying with one or the other, but they argue against any who would try to brand T'set as simply an agent of chaos. The legendary scholar Hasnip Thatcher, only two hundred years dead, convincingly proved that T'set has never sided with the established authorities of any era or locale.
However T'set remains problematic for both shulte and other dragons, for no one knows who T'set will ultimately side with.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Thatcher's great study of T'set proposed that the Great One is fundamentally opposed to the stagnation that occurs when a single person or organization retains control for too long. She has started riots and revolutions, toppled monarchies and dethroned empires. This extends also to the power of ideas and cultural norms. T'set is believed to reject any established idea simply for the delight of rejecting it, from something as personal as rejecting any idea of gender to something as controversial as rejecting traditions and laws.
It is even rumored that T'set rejects the rule of Sodza, the Zenith of the Great Ones of Yenent. Some of the rumors hint that T'set stands apart from all the Great Ones and even the Vlosado, in opposition to the very idea of such incredible power.

Virtues & Personality perks

Oppositional to their core, T'set's virtues feel nebulous at first. However, he shows a profound understanding of the corruption of power and stand firmly opposed to all forms of tyranny. She is ready and willing to make noble and immense sacrifices to topple a twisted regime, but just as quick to rebel for the sake of petty defiance.

Vices & Personality flaws

While some like Thatcher paint T'set as a bastion of goodness and needed disruption, others have have a completely different perspective. They point to historic evidence that T'set has disrupted the establishment when things were apparently going well. They argue that laws and order must exist to protect the weak, but T'set seems to relish destroying such things. He also doesn't seem above taking anything that strikes his fancy, or doing any whim that crosses her mind.

Personality Quirks

T'set is fluid in the most pure definition of the term, refusing to be ruled even in how they are perceived. This is seen most obviously how they present themselves with gender and pronouns. T'set will adopt whatever pronoun feels either the most strategic or the most fitting in whatever context she finds himself. For this reason, shulte academics will cycle through various pronouns when writing about T'set.

It is said that T'set can be influenced by telling him he can't do something, or by painting someone as a tyrant. The fools who say this clearly have never spoken with this cunning dragon. It is never that simple with any dragon, let alone one as complicated as T'set.

There are rumors that T'set works occasionally with another Great Afke, one who isn't even of Yenent, but few people believe this.
