Ninodonlord
Shrill and clear he crowed, recking nothing of wizardry and war, welcoming only the morning that in the sky far above the shadows of death was coming with the dawn. And as if in answer, there came from far away another note. Horns, horns, horns. In dark Mindolluin's sides they dimly echoed. Great horns of the North wildly blowing. Rohan had come at last.Ninodonlord is a writer, worldbuilder and chemist, who joined the wider WorldAnvil community only fairly recently. He has recently officially been recognised as a nerd by his university with a Master of chemistry and is now working to become even more of a nerd by pursuing a PhD. Whenever he isn't plagued by uncooperative nanoparticles or mystifying measurement setups, Nino likes to play TTRPGs in various rulesets, groups and slowly continues writing his first novel. His first world, Focis, which has been his main brainchild since before he even joined WorldAnvil, was born from a particularily worldshattering plotline he GMed in the ruleset Midgard 5. Focis is a broad world with many different projects that still are in the early stages of being developed. Nino's work in Focis was recently honored with two nominations in the 2022 Worldbuilding Awards by WorldAnvil, and even though neither article won in their category against the excellent competition, Nino still considers this one of his greatest achievements.
Nino's Project
Tai'Sans Hearth
Focis, or Tai'Sans Hearth, is Ninos primary project, a world that is defined by an ancient past and multiple waves of new sapient species arriving on it and shaking up the fragile balance of power and land that had previously settled. On Focis, everyone except for the orcs is no longer on their home turf and everyone is trying to find their place in a world that is vast but still feels too small for everyone to coexist.
