Contract Shadows

The Contract Shadows are led by Hasculf Verley. The Contract Shadows is known for its brute force, and the kidnapping of people, or using the orphanage to supply their brothels, or as sacrifices. Because of their skills in human tracking, they have the support of the Duchess of Arrowmire and her family work as slavers and providers of human sacrifices. They work with her to smuggle those she dislikes, and other people to be slaves or to be sent up North as sacrifices to the dragon. The Contact Shadows usesthe Cult of the Birth of the Perished, whose followers believe it is their sworn duty, to smuggle people, especially those from the orphanage, to work in the brothel, as a slave, or be a sacrifice.
