Cult of the Birth of the Perished
The Birth of the Perished is a cult devoted to the Duchess of Arrowmire and her human smuggling ring. The Birth of the Perished, do most of the dirty work for the Duchess and the Contract Shadows. They are the ones who kidnap the people in the dead of night. The Duchess or the Contract Shadows will send the names of people to pick up, or those working in the Orphanage will take undesired children to be smuggled as slaves, to the brothel of Hag’s Haven, or to the Dragon of the North.
