Abandoned Shrine to Helm
In the southwest corner of the Outer Filth, you find a shrine tucked away against the wall the separates the Outer Filth from the Merchant Circle. This is a simple stone altar that has pieces are armor, a helmet, bracers, and a shield jutting out of it also made of stone. There is no sign of any offering on the altar.
