The Rusty Scale
The Rusty Scale is the building that stands out the most in the Outer Filth, it is painted in bright colors, with all kinds of posters advertising their wares. When you enter the shop, you can see that all of the shop items are hanging from lines of rope crisscrossing the room. Smaller items are in baskets, others just hang.
There is a man with a wide face and bulbous nose wearing outdated clothes.
