Constellar Conclave

The Constellar Conclave is a unique organization of stargazers in the broad sense of the word. The conclave is international, and consists of druids, clerics, mages, scientists, shamans, and just about any who draw their inspiration from the sky. Famously one of the ruling circles of Astora is the Circle of Stars, which draws their druidic magics from the night sky. Many of the members of the Circle are also leading members of the Constellar Conclave, and use their political sway to gain information on the celestial goings on outside of Astora. Outside of the druidic circle, most are researchers and priests of the celestial gods who are organized in small sects or even individuals. Most members of the Constellar Conclave lead other lives but are sheltered wherever other members of the Conclave reside. One such example is the Eliuvian Observatory, named after Eluvia, the Owl in northern Masovia. It is possible that members of the Conclave will interact with superstitious people that believe the clergy hold power over the omens and movements of the stars and eclipses, and will ask for a blessing upon their threshold against the creatures that lurk in the dark nights. Individuals that are trained to ward against such entities might draw their power from the stars and moon, and are famously known as Twilight Clerics. While being powerful divine casters, a Twilight cleric also serves as an astronomer with studied knowledge on the constellations, the moons, and other celestial movements
