Mangcha

Mangcha is the Scaraquan face of the god Hallisan 
Scaraquans believe Mangcha is a god and refer to him by male pronouns (when they bother to refer to Resona at all). Scarterrans consider Hallisan a god and refer to him by male pronouns.
Along with his brother Resona, Mangcha is one of the Sons of the Sea Floor.
