A first generation dragon blood, for some reason, Numaness the Mystic opted to name her youngest son after his father Maddock the human.
Maddock II was a Master Conjurer and a prodigious crafter of golems, but his enduring legacy is his administrative work. He quietly did the leadership tasks that the rest of House Numaness found irksome and did much behind the scenes to make his house prosperous.
Historically, he is best known for his controversial views. He repeatedly endorsed the use of undead auxiliary troops for the army. He made it very clear that he would do this without permission from the higher ups.
