Lady Yulia was the second born child and eldest daughter born to Duke Demid Palbuc II.
She was likeable and charming but more than a little selfish. Her older brother was known as Duke Piotr Palbuc the Spendthrift, but Lady Yulia was also pretty good at wasting money.
