Lady Eluned Kovenoth (a.k.a. the Cruel)

A second generation dragon blood.  She was the golden child of her parents.  She was a great manager of estates and shared her father's passion for building fortification and her mother's passion for excelling at sorcery, especially the field of Transmutation which she mastered.
Her public image was near spotless but in private she was a monster.  She was publicly pious towards the Nine.  In truth, her heart belonged to Greymoria and with the help of the Children she did a lot of unethical magical experiments.  She was also fond of public magical executions of criminals often polymorphing the condemned into a small animal and then arranging to watch them evade a predatory animal in enclosed space for as long as they can manage.
