Elder

The head of a chapel of Temple is typically referred to as an Elder.   Chapels are free to elect their Elders in any way they see fit, but the position more often than not goes to the literal Elder, whomever had the longest tenure of service to the chapel.   The formal address for the Elder is either "Mother" or "Father' depending on the sex of the office holder. A clear extension of the normal form of address because Guardians are normally referred by the prefix "Sister" or "Brother"
