Bacchites

The Bacchites are the most violent and radical subsect of the Rovers.
The Bachites take Nami's dictates of seizing your freedom to the absolute extreme.  They do what they want and don't let laws, norms or morals get in their way.  No crime is off limits if it gives them pleasure.  The Bacchites are especially famous for arson.  As far as the Bacchites are concerned, if other people cannot defend themselves, that's their problem.
The Bachites are slowly souring mainstream Scarterrans towards Rovers as a whole and it looks like the Bachites are likely to pull the Rovers into another ecclesiastical civil war.
