Sonaranth Escapes From The Orange Legion

When you are raised with one worldview for your whole life, it is very difficult to realize that worldview is wrong.
It's even more difficult to realize wrongdoing when any toe out of line is punished; when you are expected to be just one more cog in the machine. Escaping from such a system is almost a form of heroism. At least, that is what Sonaranth tried to tell themselves as they hid and lied and scurried their way out of the Orange Legion.
That is what they would tell themself on the long, sleepless nights when they wondered why they didn't escape sooner.
