• The shop is a two story half-timbered building, with a thatch roof.  
• The main build is fairly well made, but a somewhat haphazard addition has been added to the side of the building to handle the influx of guests.
• Often overflowing with patrons, due to the only other tavern in town burning down the year before.
• Serves good food and drink, has a few clean rooms for rent. Has a small stable out back for an extra fee.

The Early Fox was one of two Taverns in town, and the smaller of the two at that.  The other tavern, called The Tipsy Baker, was destroyed the previous year during a sudden storm.  The owners decided to move to Isenwold rather then rebuild, leaving the Fox with a temporary monopoly on temporary quarters.  Magda moved quickly to expand her rooms by building a wooden addition to the main level, with plans to expand further.  However, inroads have begun to be made to build a competing tavern, lead by the local Guild representative Lewis Paxton.
The tavern itself is a cheerful and clean place, and often hosts traveling musicians and performers as a way to draw in locals looking to buy a pint or two and be entertained.  The owned is considered to be of the fair, hardworking sort and is well respected by her employees and guests.
