Promise of Heaven

A triangular park to the south of the Governor's Palace in Sanctuary and surrounded by temples.
It is a pleasant place for the inhibtants of the Jeweler's Quarter to walk in during the day. At night though, it is the haunt of unlicenced prostitutes that are trying to avoid the guild fees charged to those working in the Street of Red Lanterns. That also makes it a popular place for pick-pockets and cut-purses.
