Count

A Count is a Rankan military rank and title in the Provincial Army. A Count is responsible for the defense of a particular province or territory, and cammands the Provincial Army troops that are stationed in that province or territory. In a Province, the Governor of the province has equivalent rank and neither reports to the other. In a Territory, the Count also has the civil responsibility for the administration of law and the collection of taxes, duties and tariffs as well.
