Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Standing in front of you is a very eccentric looking man. He'll generally be found wearing a stylish top hat adorned with roses (though occasionally a rose or two might be missing).
Starting from the Top (hat) - he would have dark brown almost black hair with a natural curliness to it. His face would have slightly soft features. His eyes would have a slightly reddish color to them but they'd generally be hidden behind his dark reflective sunglasses.
On the sides of his head and behind him are the visible traits of his heritage - fox-like ears and a tail. Definitely a Kitsune of some sort. Looking his hands, one might notice that his nails are slightly pointed like claws though they could pass as normal hands unless someone looked carefully.
Body Features
Working your way down, he tends to keep the top few buttons of his shirts unbuttoned revealing hints of a toned hairless chest. He generally wears dark clothes matching to his hair but he doesn't come off as the dark brooding sort that would be bothered by wearing bright pink if the situation called for it.
Behind him of course wags his previously mentioned fluffy and well groomed Kitsune tail. It can often be seen twitching when he gets annoyed.
And finally all the way down to the bottom where he has rather normal looking feet and (again) finely made boots.
Apparel & Accessories
His clothes are all finely made and he normally dresses in layers; preferring to wear a coat over top of his outfits. The general impression one might get after looking over all of his clothing would be that he's dressed for a night on the town, not an adventure.
Since taking on the role of Lord Protector of Sakura he has taken to wearing more traditional Sakuran or Imperial style clothes but he still tries to express his personal sense of flamboyant fashion. He can often be seen adapting bright and colorful kimono's that would normally be worn by women, or wearing other unusual outfits.
At his hip he is almost always seen with a katana - more a symbol of his station than a weapon he intends to use in a fight.
Lately his iconic hat also seemed to be missing. Rumored to have been stolen by the notorious Kipe or possibly Queen Aurielle .

Personal history
Ichigatsu grew up as one of the older children of Max Angelf d'Eath and June Angelf d'Eath and enjoying the privileges that come with being a part of a wealthy and influential noble family. He spent most of his younger years painting, and chasing after women but he eventually settled down significantly after meeting his first wife Morrigna Ravenscourt.
His first marriage was marked with a lot of conflict as he struggled with Morrigna's desire for them to be monogamous and his own natural inclinations towards loving more freely and openly. Eventually they separated under difficult circumstances which also led to him cutting off contact with his younger twin brother Septimus. His second marriage to Reri Murakami also had it's fair share of challenges due to his inability to completely let go of Morrigna and trying to keep both women in his life. Both relationships however came to abrupt ends with the deaths of both Morrigna and Reri over the course of a couple years (for unrelated reasons).
He was left with the responsibility of raising his three daughters from his previous marriages, and serving as Lord Protector of Sakura Village. The war and all the other burdens have significantly changed him from the carefree playboy to someone much more serious and determined. He still has a strong drive to care for other people but has become much more willing to do whatever it takes to protect those he is responsible for. It doesn't come easily to him though and he often struggles with guilt over every death or harm that has happened under his leadership. Ultimately he leans heavily on his ever patient and understanding fiancée Sakura Kanamori and his other lovers to carry on with his duties.
Sexuality
He is quite comfortable and confident with his sexuality. He has a strong preference towards women but he has had lovers of both genders in the past.
During his younger years he was known to be a notorious playboy and carried on relationships with large numbers of women. Over the years he has settled down significantly; now instead mostly keeping to a few long term lovers and only flirting beyond that to playfully tease but with no real intent.
He does not believe in monogamy and does not consider sex with friends to be anything more than an 'enjoyable activity' (though he can be quite affectionate towards those he cares about even if he has no serious romantic intentions towards them).
Education
He received an education in the Arcane and politics from his grandmother Laura Kendra but despite a natural aptitude for spell craft he didn't have much of a passion for it. He also received further education in swordsmanship from Kira Imyn-Navarre, and Reri Murakami, and is currently learning archery under Kazue. In the end, Ichigatsu rarely dedicates himself to one thing but instead picks up a variety of skills which he combines to great effect with his natural cleverness.
His cleverness also served him well in various business dealings and he has done exceptionally well for himself - growing his inheritance significantly over the years to the point where much of Sakura Town is personally financed by him.

Family Ties
Currently serves as the head of the Imperial Family no-miya while his daughter Himiko Murakami is too young to be crowned as Empress.
He is also one of the older children of Baron Max Angelf d'Eath and maintains relationships with much of the extended Angelf d'Eath Family.
Religious Views
His beliefs towards the Kami can be summed up as lacking faith the Kami are acting in anyone but their own best interest or that they even have the answers to anything meaningful, but respecting their power regardless.
He doesn't believe in praying to the Kami for a solution or expecting that they will ever answer him. He prefers to take actions on his own initiative and wouldn't hesitate to do or say things that might anger the Kami if he feels there is an advantage in it but he won't risk crossing them for no reason. His preference will be to show them respect largely as a matter of pragmatism on the rare chance they do help; but also on the suspicion that they are most likely to act if its to punish someone over a slight.
Social Aptitude
Highly talented when it comes to social aptitude. He is capable of being charming but also highly manipulative if he needs to be. He is talented at reading situations and concealing his true thoughts even when it comes to highly personal matters. He generally avoids outright lying though - instead preferring to conceal or distract his target.
Hobbies & Pets
One of the things he has been consistently passionate about throughout his life is art and is supposedly a skilled painter though he keeps most of his paintings hidden away and even most of his close family or friends haven't seen them.
