Kalkkikivi
Kalkkikivi is a village built into the cliffsides of a gorge that slopes down to Kalasade Loch. The village's residents, primarily goliaths use the landscape around them in other ways. Hot springs that can be found around the lake are used to boil water and their steam powers some contraptions. Limestone caverns eroded by water are also common, including in the lake, which are mined for crystals and rocks that are traded with Arfordolia.
Kalkkikivi was originally settled by goliath nomads travelling from Alcao who built their houses into the canyon. Goliaths have many traditions based on accomplishing the most impressive thing, and Kalkkikivi is known for its inventions and strategies. The current chief, Kullervo, was crowned for taming a herd of giant goats which have supplied wool and milk to the village.
