Liubov appointed first Posadnik of Ketterpesh

When Pasha, Founder of Ketterpesh died, the role of Posadnik (mayor) fell to her only child Liubov. Although there was limited grumbling at the time about a second female ruler, after Liubov's death, the laws of Ketterpesh were changed so that the Posadnik must always be male.
