Posadnik

Posadnik are the mayors of the villages, towns and cities of Ketterzan.

Requirements

The Posadnik is always a male adult, and must be chosen from a species that is recognised as Established Persons.

Appointment

Each Posadnik is chosen by the previous Posadnik, meaning that although it is not officially a hereditory position, in practice it normally remains within one (usually Human or, less occasionally, Elven) family.
