Cantirann (Citadel)

Shaped from the magic and moonlight of Selerimmond, Cantirann is an ethereal citadel from which the Seleri can observe and protect the forest that they call home. The most vital traditions of the Seleri are enshrined in Cantirann - three schools of Nila'vukkuriya magic are practiced here, as well as libraries and archives of Seleri philosophy, the ruling court of Queen PanDira'ya, academies of martial combat, and vaults of arms, armour and artifice that the elves use to protect their homeland.

Palace of Tranquility

Home to SaLthirai PanDira'ya, High Queen of Selerimmond and all who dwell within, along with her consort, RaiThorn Ch'rasonth. Both Queen and consort have seen thirty-thousand moons, and are expected to retire and abdicate soon.

Cantiramas Nila'vur

Unpopular in the modern age, the Cantiramas Nila'vur (Dark-light) is the repository of the dark magics of the Seleri, where spells of fear, violence, bane and curses are stored, remembered and taught to students of the Cantiramas.

Cantiramas Vukir'vur

The more popular of the Cantiramasi, Vukir'vur (Bright-light) is the repository of the celebrated lunar magics of the Seleri, where spells of illumination, conjuration, abjuration and healing are stored, remembered and taught to students of the Cantiramas.

Cantiramas Selorai'vur

Preparatory in purpose, the Cantiramas Selorai'vur (Star-light) teaches the basics of Nila'vukkuriya traditions, before allowing students to specialise in one of the Cantiramas, including the option of further advancing in Selorai'vur, where spells of enchantment, befuddlement, observation and travel are stored, remembered and taught to students of the Cantiramas.

The Wing Ascendant

Larger within than without, the Wing Ascendant is the great library of the Seleri, where ithilovrasi texts are written, stored and studied, and foreign scripts are painstakingly assessed, debated and sometimes translated for dissemination. Swallows are associated with wisdom, cranes with intellect, and herons with learning and each are well represented in decorations here.

The Banmarches

Staging grounds, luxurious resting areas and tall, comfortable dormitories constitute the Banmarches, where ngao glaives, pirai sabres, kartri knives and hamayu'i longbows are taught in the traditional manner to the elves of the forest, who are prepared to march anywhere in the Selerimmond at any time.

The Hall of Deep Night

The vaults of the Hall of Deep Night are insubstantial, reached through small openings within the starlit towers of the dark palace, where the elves can store all manner of magical artifacts and valuables against threat of theft. Cantors In-Nila and In-Selorai are stationed here as guards at all times.

Architecture

Free from the laws of physics that bind the Prime plane of expression, the extraplanar citadel of Cantirann is shaped from fantasy, and is somewhat larger than space may suggest. Atop the broad disc soft, argent light that forms the foundation of the quasiplane stands a high palace of arcing peaks, round arches, broad towers and perfect lunar domes, from which descend two silvery crescents that curve away from the disc before returning to the centre, meeting not back at the white towers, but at a mirrored palace of glassy darkness, where light trickles and pools, and white crystals glitter with starlight.   Solid light or lack thereof forms the buildings of Cantirann as the soar above the moonlit disc, descend and rise in neat streets upon the crescents and stretch into depthlessness below, with beams and rays and screens intersecting and separating to form walls, floors and openings.

This place is quite dreamy - Very interesting mix of ideas. I would love to see some more work on the design :) Why did you use list points and not header?

Because I am a hot mess when it comes to formatting these things, and I was worried about having too many headings and not a lot of content otherwise, haha
