Lucian Dragonherz, known as "The Dragon," was born in 750 NE to House Dragonherz, a prestigious noble lineage renowned for its military service and unwavering loyalty to the Vimor Empire. From an early age, Lucian was trained in both martial and administrative disciplines, shaping him into a leader of formidable skill and ambition. Educated by elite tutors in governance, warfare, and diplomacy, he quickly earned a reputation for his sharp intellect and ruthless efficiency.   In his youth, Lucian joined the Imperial Legions, where his battlefield prowess and tactical acumen set him apart. His leadership during border conflicts and internal uprisings earned him recognition, and by his mid-thirties, he had ascended to a position of influence within the empire’s military hierarchy. When the former Count of Lexica was removed in 783 NE, Lucian was appointed in his place, tasked with securing the city’s loyalty and ensuring its prosperity under imperial rule.   As Count, Lucian fortified Lexica’s defenses, expanded its mining operations, and capitalized on its sky dock to establish the city as a crucial trade hub. His rule has been marked by both economic growth and strict enforcement of imperial law, earning him admiration from allies and fear from dissenters. Despite his successes, whispers persist that his unyielding rule and aggressive policies could one day lead to conflict within the empire.   Now, nearing five decades of life, Lucian remains a powerful force in Vimor politics.
