Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Gaut's body is ravaged, and sustained by life support within his armor. He cannot survive out of it for more than 5 hours.
Body Features
All of Gaut's limbs are mechanical constructs, from them being lost in a horrific accident when he was just 57 years old. He has numerous implants and modifications just so he can stay alive, including all internal organs except for the brain.
Facial Features
Gaut's face is a pool of scars and wounds, leaving no room for any hair to grow anywhere. His nose is gone, and replaced with a rudimentary system for assisted breathing.
Physical quirks
He cannot walk without assistance of his power armor or a cane. A power spear became his weapon of choice for this reason, before he gifted it to a friend after being imprisoned.

Personal history
Segeric Gaut was born to underhivers on the world of Thelmoth, the sector's capital. His parents were killed in an Arbites raid, and they took and handed him over to the Schola Progenium, where most new orphans go. Gaut excelled in all courses, except those involving charisma and speaking. He was a man of action rather than words, not one to fluff up his speaking
All records about his career in the Inquisition are expunged up until he reached the rank of Inquisitor, including what he did to reach the rank. He was given the rank by a vote from the Roma Conclave of Inquisitors at the age of 32. He would go on to train and take on many acolytes, most notable being Luther Malax near the end of his life and ████ ███████ earlier.
In the ending years of Gaut's, he created an elaborate plot to secede from the Imperium, calling it "corrupt and bloated". He made it seem like his old apprentice, Luther Malax, was the leader when it was truly him. After this was revealed, he was quickly eliminated by a group of acolytes on the world of Drelograd.
