History

The Council of High Inquisitor was founded six years after the original founding of the Roma Conclave itself. The prior six years were wrought with constant infighting, drastically reducing the effectiveness of the Inquisitors involved. The Council was founded as a way for the Inquisitors to have a representative of their views in the higher decision-making of the Conclave.
