The Tower of Shivers
The Lich King's servants' tower on the edge of the Vale. It is a black stone tower that looks out of place in its surroundings. It has a door and windows. Inside the tower, the laws of time and space seem not to apply. This place seems much bigger on the inside than outside. It is gothic, dark and cold. Stairs lead up and various doors can be seen internally.
Perhaps it is one of a series of many such towers based in and around the wastes of Marlek.
